Name mismatch error during sign up on the Mkobo App
Confirm that the name arrangement on your NIN matches the name arrangement on BVN.
That is First name, Middle name, and Last name must be the same (in spelling and arrangement) both on NIN and BVN
If the arrangement of your names on your BVN or NIN do not match you will need to visit the bank where BVN was enrolled/registered and make request for name
Correction on BVN to match the name on NIN.
Once update is confirmed, you can try again.
