Gender mismatch error during sign up on the Mkobo App
Check that the gender on your BVN matches gender on NIN and what you entered on the signup form.
If there’s a gender mismatch (for instance, if your BVN records your gender as male but the app and NIN, it is captured as female), please visit the bank where
you registered for your BVN to correct the error.
Once update is confirmed, you can try again.
