I am unable to onboard successfully
There are multiple factors that may hinder a successful onboarding process, one of which could be insufficient storage affecting your phone's performance. Here is a step-by-step guide on clearing the cache on your Android device to free up storage and improve performance:
Open the Settings app on your Android device. You can usually find it in the app drawer or by swiping down from the top of the screen and tapping the gear icon.
Scroll down and tap on "Apps" or "Applications" (the name may vary depending on your device).
In the Apps menu, you will see a list of all the installed apps on your device. Tap on Mkobo app.
On the App info page, you'll find various details about the app. Look for the "Storage" or "Storage & cache" option and tap on it.
You should now see options for clearing both the cache and data. Tap on "Clear cache" to delete the app's cache files.
If the issue persists, you can proceed to uninstall the app and reinstall it.
Uninstall your App
To uninstall an app on Android:
Go to your device's Settings.
Scroll down and select "Apps" or "Application Manager" (the exact name may vary depending on your device).
Find Mkobo from the list of installed apps.
Tap on the app's name to open its details.
On the app's details page, you will find an "Uninstall" button. Tap on it.
Confirm the uninstallation when prompted.
